Payments already made for goods that cannot be delivered will be refunded.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a7 6 Deliveries from Third Countries<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n(1) Depending on the product, warehouse location and delivery destination, goods may be shipped from a country outside the European Union.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n(2) Where additional import duties, import VAT, customs charges or comparable public charges may apply, the customer will be informed accordingly before submitting the order in accordance with the applicable statutory information requirements, unless such costs are already included in the stated total price.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n(3) No mandatory additional costs known at the time the contract is concluded will subsequently be imposed on the customer unless the customer was properly informed of such costs beforehand.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a7 7 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nConsumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
