Legal Notice – Sale & Shipping by Third Parties
The platform obdwelt.de is operated by ZENTRYA FZCO.
When placing orders via obdwelt.de, ZENTRYA FZCO acts as the seller of the offered goods.
However, the shipment and physical delivery of the goods are not carried out by ZENTRYA FZCO or obdwelt.de, but exclusively directly by external manufacturers or suppliers.
§ 1 Sale & Contractual Relationship
The purchase contract is concluded between the end customer and ZENTRYA FZCO.
ZENTRYA FZCO sells the products offered on obdwelt.de in its own name but does not operate its own warehouse or shipping logistics.
Storage, packaging, and shipping are handled by commissioned manufacturers or external suppliers.
§ 2 Shipping & Fulfillment by Third Parties
The delivery of ordered goods is carried out directly by the respective manufacturer or supplier on behalf of ZENTRYA FZCO.
ZENTRYA FZCO is not the physical shipper of the goods but commissions third parties to fulfill the delivery
(third-party fulfillment / dropshipping model).
§ 3 Origin of Goods
The offered products are predominantly shipped by manufacturers or suppliers located outside the European Union, in particular in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Therefore, shipments are regularly dispatched directly from a third country (non-EU).
§ 4 Prices, Taxes & Customs Duties
All prices are stated in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
For deliveries from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or other third countries, the destination country may impose:

These costs are not included in the purchase price, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and must be borne by the end customer.
ZENTRYA FZCO assumes no responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, or tax obligations in the destination country.
§ 5 Delivery & Shipping Times
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer, supplier, and destination country.
ZENTRYA FZCO does not guarantee specific delivery times, as deliveries are carried out by external third parties.
§ 6 Warranty & Manufacturer’s Guarantee
Statutory warranty rights apply vis-à-vis ZENTRYA FZCO as the seller.
Any existing manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturer.
ZENTRYA FZCO may assist the end customer, if necessary, in communication with the manufacturer or supplier.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Withdrawal and returns are governed by applicable statutory provisions.
Since goods are shipped directly by external suppliers, returns may need to be sent to return addresses designated by the manufacturer or supplier, which may also be located outside the EU.
Any return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, insofar as legally permissible.
§ 1 Vermittlerrolle
ZENTRYA FZCO betreibt eine Plattform zur Vermittlung von Kaufverträgen zwischen Endkunden und externen Anbietern, die weltweit ansässig sein können.
ZENTRYA handelt als Kommissionär gemäß §§ 383 ff. HGB bzw. als Intermediary Service.
§ 2 Zustandekommen des Kaufvertrages
Der Kaufvertrag über die Ware kommt nur zwischen dem Endkunden und dem jeweiligen Anbieter zustande.
ZENTRYA übermittelt die Bestellung und wickelt die Zahlung im Auftrag des Anbieters ab.
§ 3 Preise & Steuern
Alle Preise, Steuerangaben und Versandbedingungen stammen vom jeweiligen Anbieter.
Steuerpflichten liegen ausschließlich beim Anbieter (EU- oder Nicht-EU-Bereich).
§ 4 Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit direkt durch den Anbieter.
ZENTRYA ist nicht für Transport, Lieferzeiten oder Zollabfertigung verantwortlich.
§ 5 Gewährleistung & Garantie
Gewährleistungsrechte bestehen ausschließlich gegenüber dem Anbieter.
ZENTRYA unterstützt lediglich bei der Kommunikation.
Rückgabe & Widerruf
Da der Kaufvertrag mit dem jeweiligen Anbieter geschlossen wird, erfolgt die Rückgabe oder der Widerruf gemäß dessen Bedingungen.
ZENTRYA FZCO ist nicht Vertragspartner der Warenlieferung.
