Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

For a purchase contract concerning a single item, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Where several goods are ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item. Where goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided on OBDWelt.de.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

After receiving your withdrawal notification, we will promptly inform you by e-mail of the return address applicable to your return. The return address depends on the delivery country and the respective product.

You must return or hand over the goods to the return address provided by us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. Mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary remain unaffected.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that you were properly informed of this before conclusion of the contract and we have not agreed to bear those costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, provided that the statutory requirements for such compensation are met.

Your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrect delivery remain unaffected.

Digital Content / Activation Codes

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if the statutory requirements are met. In particular, for paid digital content, the consumer's required express consent must be obtained before performance begins, the consumer must acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal, and the legally required confirmation of the contract must be provided.

Statutory Exceptions

Where statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to individual products, you will be informed accordingly before conclusion of the contract in accordance with the applicable statutory information requirements.
